Whenever something is wrong with Tobin, Elinore fantasizes that she has the same problem. Tobin has had diarrhea for several days. A couple days ago we were in the car and she said:
E- Sorry Mom, but I still have diarrhea.
Me- Oh, do you have to go to the bathroom?
E- No.
Me- What makes you think you have diarrhea?
E- (grabbing her elbow) My arm really hurts.
...does swine flu include achy arms?

This reminds me of a patient I had to called me in to tell me that he was worried that no blood was flowing to his brain because his neck was throbbing.
