Tiered Skirt

Here is a skirt I just finished for Elinore. I found this tutorial online which worked great! The best thing was that it only cost me 5o cents! My grandma gave me the fabric because she wasn't going to use it, so the only thing I had to buy was a bit of elastic for the waist. Elinore loves it and wanted to wear it right away. She kept commenting on how long it was, and I love the long skirt look on her. It was really easy to make. I'll have to go through my fabric and see if I can make more!
