This is kind of a geeky post, but I thought you people who aren't married to a computer genius might appreciate it. If you get any emails that say something like "You have received a greeting card from a family member" don't open it. It is a really nasty virus, and the only way Kevin has been able to get rid of it in the office is to reformat the whole computer. Usually if you get an ecard, the subject line says something like "Jen Wolthuis has sent you a greeting card". In other words, only open them if you know the person they were sent from.

Thanks for this alert, Jen. I have received many of these messages, even from bluemountain and Hallmark, which makes them look even more OK. Luckily, I had been warned by the geeks in the family. :)
I came back from vacation and had 3 of them on my computer but instead of opening them because they sounded fishy I clicked on the link for the actual greeting card site and instantly a message came up that someone had compromised their site and they were not responsible for any viruses so I deleted them all but I agree with Sherrie that they looked like very reputable sites.
