We spent this past weekend up in Roscommon with our friends Megs and Alan. We didn't do much besides relax, eat, and spend time together. The two of them got quite a lot of time with Elinore. What a blessing it is that our friends like our baby. She was a lot of fun. She and Alan became good friends as you can see from the picture.
The weather was amazing. Couldn't have been sunnier, warm (mid-50s), and the air was so fresh. We spent some time outside, bundled Elinore for a walk, and threw snowballs at the canoe. The pond behind Megs' parents' house was still frozen over, so Kevin decided to test the strength of the ice, despite the warmth (in a shallow spot of course)...in bare feet!
The weekend was passed in the presence of two great blessings: friends and spring. We were sad to see it over.
