Last Friday I photographed my first wedding. It was something I had thought I might like to get into. And then all of a sudden someone asked me, and I had to decide if I really wanted to do it. I discovered I wasn't really interested in doing weddings, but not until after I felt I was already committed. Thankfully another girl had agreed to do it with me. We are both amateurs and this was the first wedding for both of us, so we anxiously awaited/dreaded the day.
It went really well. Lighting was less than great, so we did our best. It was a lot of work, and I was really exhausted when I got home even though I didn't have to go to the reception! I don't think I will do a wedding again unless it is outside and for someone really special.
I did some basic editing last night and just wanted to post a few of my favorites. Congratulations again to the bride and groom!

These are great photos, Jen! It must have been stressful since it's such an important day, but it must also be rewarding when the results are so good.
